Few things bring out the flavors of a vegetable more than roasting. Toss in a few spices and you’ve got one very delicious and nutritious bowl of veg!

Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower. Cut into quarters and remove inner core. Chop or break quarters into small pieces, and place in a large, food-safe, plastic bag.
Add all other ingredients and shake to coat the cauliflower in oil and spices. Pour out onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 F. for approximately 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked to your liking.
