If you’re trying to eat healthy, no doubt chicken is a part of your normal routine. But chicken doesn’t have to be boring. So this week is all about chicken.
This simple classic doesn’t have to be complicated in the kitchen. A few quick layers and you’ve got your main course in the oven!
Place the chicken breasts on a parchment lined cookie sheet (or an oiled baking dish).
Pour the sauce over the chicken and top with the parmesan.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350 F. or until the chicken reaches at least 165 F. on a food thermometer. (No kitchen should be without one!)
