Ingredients

1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt (low fat works too)
1 cup cantaloupe (chopped small for measuring)
Honey to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Adjust honey as needed. Pour into small ice cube trays and freeze. Pop out into a ziplock bag for storage.

Note: I purchased this ice cube tray at Safeway. The tray is plastic, but the bottoms are flexible rubber so you can easily pop out the cubes.

Could you use any fruit? Or does it have to be cantaloupe?

Any fruit that blends smooth will work.

These turned out great. Mild and smooth in flavor. Bet if someone tried it they would have a hard time guessing it was cantelope. Thanks! :)
