About

Tiffany McCauley

In all the years that I have been blogging, I’ve learned one thing. There are a lot of people in this great country who, by no fault of their own, have not learned to cook themselves a healthy meal.

We are raising a nation of children who eat Pop Tarts for breakfast, Taco Bell for lunch and McDonald’s for dinner. Is it any wonder we are obese? Wake up America!!! It’s time to get healthy!

My name is Tiffany McCauley. I’m a recipe developer, food blogger, cookbook author and mama to one amazing little healthy-eating boy.

This blog is intended to help those who are trying to learn how to cook a healthy meal. Regardless of your level of expertise in the kitchen, you’ll find recipes here that you can master.

Simple ingredients and simple instructions.

Because, come hell or high water, I’m going to help you put a healthy meal on the table!

NUTRITION DATA

I have had several people ask me about the nutrition data for the recipes posted here. At this point, I am unable to provide that information as it is just too time consuming. However, the recipes are simple with few ingredients, and there are many nutrition calculators on the web. I highly recommend MyFitnessPal.com. They have a very large food database, so you can calculate data that is pretty spot on.

I have to say I absolutely love that you always put your recipies by ingredient. Sometimes I’ll have a main ingredient with no idea what to do with it, but your design makes it so easy to find at least 3 or 4 ideas for me to try! Thanks so much Tiffany!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this website. I’ve been struggling with my weight and learning to eat right for a long time. A few years ago I was doing great and had lost 50 pounds, now I’ve gained all that back and then some more. I decided I wanted to learn how to eat clean and prepare food that way as well. I plan on getting back into my boxing also. Thank you again.

Thanks! I’m having to take a short break, but plan on starting up again in January. Until then, the recipes will remain here.

So glad you started this up again. My husband & I are eating clean (or doing as best we can since we are so new to this) for 30 days and these recipes help me not feel so overwhelmed when trying to plan a meals for us. Thank you so much.
